Shop Controller
Job Description
- We're seeking an organized and reliable Shop Controller to keep our inventory running like clockwork.
- You'll be the backbone of our stock accuracy – ensuring every item is accounted for, every delivery is verified, and every shelf is stocked when customers need it.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, transferred and returned Receive deliveries and verify quantities and condition against delivery documents Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure items are properly stored Conduct regular physical stock counts and report shortages or discrepancies Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment Maintain documentation for stock movements and support inventory reporting Follow procedures for stock security, storage, labeling and loss prevention
Requirements
Previous stock control, inventory or retail experience preferred Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail Responsible, systematic and able to maintain accuracy under pressure
