Job Description
- We're seeking a presentable, customer-focused Shopkeeper to help run the day-to-day of our store floor.
- You'll be a key point of contact for customers and a driving force behind a well-stocked, well-presented shop.
- This is an evergreen, ongoing opening – we are always hiring great people for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers by understanding their
requirements
and providing courteous product assistance Maintain product displays, shelves and the overall appearance of the shop Receive, arrange and replenish merchandise as required Monitor product availability and report low-stock or damaged items Support stock counts and maintain accurate merchandise records Assist with sales transactions and coordinate with the cashier when required Follow procedures for pricing, promotions, returns and product handling Maintain a clean, organized and customer-friendly store environment
Requirements
Previous retail or shop-floor experience preferred Good customer-service and communication skills Presentable, energetic and commercially aware
